To order

Due to the fast delivery and our personalized items, it is not possible to cancel the order, but you can always send an e-mail to look at the possibilities for possible adjustments, for example.

Send us an email as soon as possible with the correct address details and order number. Once your order has been processed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to adjust the data.

As soon as your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email at the email address you provided. When your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track & trace link. With this link you can track your package until it is delivered.

Check the spam box to be sure. Sometimes it can happen that some emails end up in the spam box. Didn't receive anything? Just send us an e-mail.

Delivery and delivery

If you order before 12:00 on working days, we will process your order the same day and in most cases you will receive the package the next day. Do you order on Friday after 12:00? Then we will deliver your package no later than Monday or Tuesday. (excluding National holidays)

When you place an order from € 45 we take the shipping costs for our own account. If you place an order under € 45, the shipping costs for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are € 5.95.

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track & trace link with which you can track your package.

Your package can be followed from the moment the driver has registered his route of the day. In most cases, the track & trace link is active 12 hours after you have received it.

It may be that your package has been delayed at the carrier. We recommend that you keep a close eye on the track & trace. As soon as a new delivery date is known, this will be made visible in the track & trace. If your order has still not been delivered after 5 days. Send us an e-mail.

When you have received your order and it is incomplete or you have received an incorrect item. Send us an e-mail, always state your order number and send a photo of the items received, so we can help you immediately.


It is not possible to return personalized items. If you are not satisfied or if the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us and we can look together for a solution.

For all items that you order from us, the legal warranty of 30 days after receipt applies.

If you have received your order damaged, we would like to ask you to take a picture of it as soon as possible and send us an e-mail. Send the photo with the order number and we will help you immediately.

Before placing your order, you must enter the discount code. Unfortunately, it is not possible to settle a discount code afterwards.

Product information

Yes, the personalized drinking bottles are made from BPA free plastic.

It is not recommended to place the personalized drinking bottles in the dishwasher. We recommend that you clean the drinking bottles with warm water and soap. Do not use bleach to clean the drinking bottle in order to maintain the correct colors.
