Not happy with the ordered product? Of course, this is always possible and we would like to solve this for you. However, our personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are specially tailored to your wishes.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us via support@mycustomized.nl, then we look for a solution together with you, we of course reserve the right to no longer process complaints that are only indicated after 14 days of the date of purchase.

If we have made a mistake or if the products are delivered to you damaged, we would of course like to help you, please contact us and we will look for a solution as soon as possible.

If it is the case that we agree to return for the above reasons. Then the shipping costs for returning are for us. When returning, we will reimburse the product. The shipping costs paid during the order will only not be reimbursed.
